General Information
What is WCLH 2025?
The World Conference on Lung Health 2025 (WCLH 2025), organised by the International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease (The Union), is the world’s largest event and forum for lung health professionals. It brings together global experts, researchers, and advocates to coordinate efforts in the fight against lung diseases.
When and where will WCLH 2025 take place?
18–21 November 2025
Bella Center Copenhagen, Denmark
How do I get to the venue?
Bella Center Copenhagen is located in the vibrant Ørestad district with excellent transport links to the airport and city centre. The venue has its own metro stop. For more detailed directions, delegates are encouraged to use Google Maps.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible. If you require a wheelchair, please notify the team in advance at: registration-theunion@urevent.fr
Will Wi-Fi be available at the venue?
Yes. Wi-Fi credentials will be provided to all delegates on-site.
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes. A cloakroom will be available during conference hours from 18–21 November 2025.
Registration & Badges
Is registration mandatory?
Yes. All participants must register in advance. Register via the official WCLH 2025 portal.
How do I collect my badge?
Registered delegates will receive a QR code by email before the event. Present this at the Registration Desk to print your badge.
What if I lose my badge?
Lost or forgotten badges can be reissued at the Registration Desk for a fee of €100 upon presentation of valid ID.
Programme & Participation
Can I submit an abstract?
Yes. Visit the conference website for submission guidelines.
When will the programme be published?
The preliminary programme will be released by late July 2025.
Are one-day passes available?
No. All delegates must register for a full conference pass.
Invitation Letters & Visa Support
How do I obtain an invitation letter?
You will receive an invitation letter after registering and paying your conference fee.
Does the invitation letter guarantee a visa?
No. It is not a guarantee of approval and does not imply financial support from The Union.
Where can I check visa requirements?
Visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark or the Danish Immigration Service websites for specific country requirements.
Will The Union contact embassies?
No. Delegates are responsible for their own visa applications. The Union cannot intervene with embassies or consulates.
Please note: In the event of rejection of a delegate’s visa application, The Union does not accept any responsibility for travel, accommodation, visa fees and/or other costs incurred as a result.

- Group (2+ participants): Group Coordinator required. Group Coordinator will not be considered as participant unless full profile is entered. Groups of 20 and more registered members will obtain a 10 % discount reflected at payment check out)
- Student (with valid student ID)
- Nurse (with valid nurse ID)
- Media: A journalist employed by or on assignment for a recognised print, radio, broadcast or online news organisation
- Based on World Bank country income level (HIC / UMIC / LMIC & LIC)
- Union Member or Non-Member: Use your Union membership registration email when completing your WCLH 2025 registration form in order to have your Union membership registration rate adjusted and activated.

Payment & Invoice Information
Accepted payment methods:

How do I receive my invoice?
Invoices are issued after payment is received. Ensure the correct billing address is entered during registration, as changes cannot be made afterwards.
Currency:
All payments must be made in EUR.
Bank transfer notes (individual and group fees):
- Include your name, order number and WCLH2025 in the payment reference
- Send proof of payment to: registration-theunion@urevent.fr
- Please note that intermediary bank fees may be applied by your local bank. All expenses associated with the intermediary bank fee shall be borne by the delegate.
- To ensure your registration is processed smoothly and validated, it is advisable to complete the bank transfer promptly after registering. If you are anticipating any delays or need to make special arrangements, please take note the deadline for any bank transfer to be made is 27 October 2025. It is recommended to contact our Registration Team registration-theunion@urevent.fr to discuss your situation.
Cancellations & Transfers
What is the cancellation policy?
- Cancellations before 27 October 2025 will receive a 75% refund.
- No refunds after that date.
- Visa denial: Provide official embassy documentation for refund consideration.
Can I transfer my registration?
Yes. Transfers are allowed until 27 October 2025 for a €100 fee. On-site transfers are not permitted.
