Become a volunteer for The Union World Conference on Lung Health 2025! 

The Union World Conference on Lung Health 2025 will be held in person from 18-21 November in Copenhagen, Denmark at Bella Centre. 

We are glad to learn that you wish to become a volunteer for our conference. This year and according to Denmark regulations, The Union is only able to consider those applications coming from Danish and/or European Union citizens. If you meet such criteria, please apply to be a volunteer by completing this form. You will be receiving information regarding your application in the coming weeks. 

Please note: Travel to Copenhagen and accommodation will not be covered by The Union. You are responsible for all your expenses. 

What do we offer? 

  • Complimentary registration to The Union World Conference on Lung Health 2025 when not on duty, including access to sessions where cutting-edge science will be presented, and other activities and spaces (Community Connect, Exhibition). 
  • International event management experience at a scientific and public health conference reference in the field, with an attendance of thousands of delegates .
  • International working environment with a multicultural team with a diverse background in conference management and international organisations. 
  • Meet scientists, public health professionals, advocacy leaders and activists from all over the world for the biggest gathering focused on TB and lung health across the world. 
  • Volunteers will receive a certificate of achievement, a certificate of conference attendance, and T-shirt. 
  • Meals will be provided to volunteers while on duty. 

 Responsibilities 

  • Support organisers on site on tasks such as: access control, registration support, guiding of and informing delegates, assistance in session rooms, poster sessions assistance, Community Connect assistance, media relations, etc. 
  • Volunteer for at least 50% of the time during conference days. 

 Be part of the team that makes the largest lung health conference in the world happen while gaining valuable experiences, making new friends and enjoying your time. Together we will make this conference a huge success!
