We are happy to share you can attend sessions live or watch recordings (Video on Demand – VoD for short) through the Delegate App

Using the Delegate App (on Mobile)

1. Open the app and sign in with your ConferencePass account.
2. Go to ‘Full Programme’ or ‘Happening Now’.
3. Locate the session you wish to watch and tap ‘Watch LIVE’ to join in real time.
4. To rewatch or catch a session you missed, locate the session in the programme and tap the ‘Watch OnDemand’ button. Sessions are made available within 12 hours of the session ending.

Using the Delegate App (on Desktop)

1. Open the delegate app in your web browser by visiting https://unionconf2025.conf2go.app/ and signing in with your ConferencePass account.
2. Go to ‘Full Programme’ or ‘Happening Now’.
3. Locate the session you wish to watch and tap ‘Watch LIVE’ to join in real time.
4. To rewatch or catch a session you missed, locate the session in the programme and tap the ‘Watch OnDemand’ button. Sessions are made available within 12 hours of the session ending.

 

Helpful Tips

• Refresh the page or session if video doesn’t load.
• Use Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari (latest versions).
• Recommended internet speed: 10 Mbps or higher. Minimum internet speed 4Mbps.
